- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp mirin / cooking wine
- 4 tbsp brown sugar / white sugar
- dash of garlic powder
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- Combine all ingredients in a pan and simmer until the sauce thicken.
