Chocolate Danish Butter Cookies 巧克力牛油曲奇饼干

These danish butter cookies are the easiest cookies that I had ever made, no creaming of butter, the mixing can be done in a single bowl, no electrical mixer needed... you only need- bare hands! You don't even need a strong hand, if you can do a gentle massage, that's it! Thinking of it as massaging the cookie dough, easy peasy. Tempted? It sure suit lazy people like me.

  • 130g cake flour
  • 20g cornstarch
  • 120g butter
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 36g egg, lightly beaten
  • a pinch of salt
Cooking Directions
  1. Rub butter and flour together.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Fill the cookie dough in a piping bag and pipe to desired shape.
  4. Baked in preheated oven 180C for 10-15 minutes (depending the thickness of your cookies).

  • 20克玉米淀粉
  • 120克黄油/牛油
  • 15克可可粉
  • 50克糖粉
  • 36克鸡蛋,打散
  • 少许盐

  1. 用手将黄油和面粉揉在一起。
  2. 加入其余材料,拌匀。
  3. 将饼干面团放入裱花袋,挤出喜欢的形状。
  4. 在已经预热的烤箱烤180℃,10-15分钟(时间取决于曲奇的厚度)。
